38mm Space Grey People comment status here!

Preparing for shipment

I ordered 38mm space gray on Sunday, April 12, and it just "flipped" to "Preparing for Shipment."
 
I was charged last night and now preparing for shipment. I really hope I get it tomorrow. I am leaving town Sunday for my sisters graduation.

Ummmm it was just a guess on my part. He could get it tomorrow or next week; point is I'm not sure when he will get it. Everyone varies on this.
 
Lots of planes flying into anchorage today. Maybe we will see even more movement tonight. Not long till this watch is all caught up now.
 
I ordered the 38mm Space Grey on 5/2. It's exciting to see everyone get their watches! Hopefully I receive mine in a couple of weeks:)
 
Maybe some of you will feel my sadness and understand cause hubby doesn't get it.

After waiting with baited breath for over a month, stalking the apple website, Mac rumor forums and flight aware site I was finally charged for my watch, then 12 + hours later shipping notification sent.

OH THE JOY!! My watch will be here tomorrow between 12 - 4. So I ran a few errands early.

Then hubby text me a picture of THE BOX!! OMG!! It is finally home!! But alas, a few moments later I get another picture....

WTH!!!! Do my eyes deceive me?!? NO... IT CANT BE!! My beloved opened my watch and is posting pictures of it on his wrist!! The tragedy....How could he do this to me?

I rush home to find the plastic in the garbage, how could he take this joy away from me?? I am so depressed and sad now. Oh woes me...

Can anyone relate or sympathize?

Oh no! My condolences. Now, put on your AW and think about the folks still in "processing" to help with your grief.

Oh wow lol. I'm sorry that happened; I think your husband should receive some sort of punishment for that stunt.....force him to give you foot rubs for a whole month every day until you decide to forgive him or something else....

Glad you got your watch at least though!

I'd keep cool, but deep down there would be some freaking out. It's half the fun to open the things you've waited so long to get! Especially Apple products. Even the smell.

Thank you. I knew someone on here would understand. I do sympathize with all the ones in the processing limbo. Chin up, they are moving faster than expected. I was not scheduled to get mine until May 21- June 2.

At least he did put the wrapper back in the watch. I can maybe enjoy pulling that back off.

STATUS: PREPARING TO DELIVER :D

What's funny is that I ordered the green band around end of April and it had a deliver date between 05/14/15-05/28/15 and that is STILL processing! :rolleyes:
 
Ordered 4/18 charged this morning and preparing to ship. Already have the 38mm SS BSB which I got Tuesday. Anyone want to buy a watch?

He should buy you another so you can have the unboxing experience!
