Yup. Mine came 6 days early (38mm space gray/black band). I think there may be some variation by model.
it appears as if only the 42mm space grays have been moving this morning. They are only around 17 minutes into preorders.
Hopefully we will begin to see 38mm move today. There hasn't been a wave in a while
My 38mm Space Grey/black band payment took all day Friday to process, but it's going to be delivered today, 3 days ahead of the earliest date in the estimation range.
I have one of those end of day residential delivery windows. I'm heading home from work early, hope UPS doesn't get there before 4pm

If it's missed just call ups and tell them to hold it there once the driver returns, and then pick it up then.

Sunday May 16 3am tracking notice of "delivery tomorrow next day, end of day (got excited because this was 3am so felt like Saturday night, not Sunday, but they meant Monday)
Sunday afternoon: email from Appe inviting me to sign up for video/chat "setting up your watch" appointment or an appointment at the Apple Store
Monday may 17 4am: UPS Arrival at my city
8:30am: UPS out for delivery
9am tracking notice change to 10:45am-2:45pm
9:30am: Apple email "your watch is on its way!"

I got my watch today and even though the wait was awful, it's so worth it! Hang in there guys, you won't even remember the agony.
Just curious as to are most of you who ordered the 38mm male or female? I ordered the 42mm but think it may be too big. I just ordered the 38mm and I'll have to compare the differences when they finally arrive.

I've ordered one of each. The 38 will come in first and is for my wife. If I like it I'll probably order another and cancel the 42. I have a bad feeling that AW version 2.0 will be released in 1-2 years which is a short shelf life for a watch in our family. Especially a $400 watch. Even if it is only saving $50 I'll feel better when we give the kids a 38mm watch each and we order 2.0.
Apple took payment from my CC this evening! Status has also been updated!! Delivery to Melbourne, Australia.

No charge or movement in the US here from me. Order is still processing . I ordered on April 25
I am predicting by Friday night we will have a status "preparing for shipment!"
UPS observes Memorial Day however so that might set delivery one day off
I'd say the big wave comes tonight. Theres been radio silence here for a few days now.
I am hoping for Friday but that is hoping. We jumped two weeks ahead last week. I ordered about 10 days ago anyway and my window isn't open until the 5th. I was just hoping before the holiday as well. If not then I'll wait longer.

My 38 mm Space Grey Apple Watch Sport with Black Sport Band & Space Grey SS pin was originally supposed to ship May 21-June 4, but got moved up.
Ordered: April 18, 2015.
Shipping notification email: May 14, said, "Delivers May 15, 2015 by Standard Shipping."
Delivered: By overnight UPS! Arrived as promised by the next day. I hadn't ordered any special shipping treatment.
Not sure if the two choices of pin color on the black bands are moving at different paces, so thought I'd include that detail. Got a screen protector at Best Buy immediately, and the salesman wanted to see my watch since they don't carry them yet.
