38mm SS with Black Sports Band

There was a thread for us last week, then it seems to have been deleted or maybe merged with the 42mm AW thread...

Not sure what happened here, but I would think that the stock and shipment of these two orders are very different given the watch sizes.

Ordered mine late - about 12 hrs after launch. In the May 13 - 26 group with no change.

Has anyone seen any movement on the 38mm SS BSB, or received theirs yet?

I'm sure this thread may be deleted or closed, but it's worth a shot, as I can't find anything on the 38mm model.

Ordered mine today, says processing, available to ship 4-6 weeks, Delivers May 29-Jun 11.

I ordered mine about 6 hours after launch, and I'm in the same boat. May 13-26 with a status of "processing".
 
Ordered mine on 4/22, status updated last night to ship in 3-4 weeks on May 20 - May 28. Located in New Hampshire.
 
Ordered a 42mm Sport with a white band within minutes of open on 4/10. Went to the Apple Store on 4/20 and realized that the 38mm was a better fit for my narrow wrists. Also, the SS was far nicer than I expected.

So I ordered a 38mm SS with a black band on 4/20 (at the time it said 4-6 weeks). On 4/22 I ordered 38mm SS with a white band when I saw all of the complaints about the black banded SS not shipping. I'll keep whichever comes first. Today they both have the same delivery range: 5/20-5/28. Pretty bummed, but at least I made a little extra money selling my 42mm sport.

How much did you sell your sport for, if you don't mind sharing?

SS scratches can be buffed. I'm seeing aluminum watches get dents and the ion glass scratching (although mainly due to big drops and stuff)
 
I ordered two (one for me, one for my mom) about 10 minutes after the store opened for preorders. We received both on launch day. They really are beautiful pieces of tech! I can't wait for my Milanese loop to get here :D.
 
Ordered mine about 4 minutes after pre-orders opened, got it on launch day. Absolutely love it... Will eventually get a brown leather strap for it if a classic buckle in brown is available. Black sports band looks and feels really nice.
 
I ordered on 4/15 and originally had a 4-6 week window of May 18 - June 1. A couple of days ago the window changed to 3-4 weeks between May 20 - May 28th.

I ordered the SS because I wear watches daily and I wanted one that could be understated and looks like a real watch.

The Sports model is beautiful in person but not for me.

I ordered the sports band as I really wanted a modern buckle but the wait time was way too long. And I can use the band for exercising.

I have since fallen in love with the Milanese band, so I ordered that today. The expected timeframe for that is "May". Maybe I will not need the Modern buckle after all.

Let's see which delivery comes first!

I got mine Launch day because it was ordered within first five minutes. Don't regret it. It's gorgeous and will go with any of the bands with silver colored parts. I'm doing house and yard work and have yet to scratch it. Scratches buff out easily anyway with polish and a cloth. There's a you tube video about it. The white sports watch is gorgeous but I don't think you will regret SS.

750. With free overnight shipping. I set a buy-it-now price and someone took it. Hopefully I'm not about to be scammed.

Mine said that too and i ordered april 25 but got bumped to May 20 - 28. But its a white sports band

Damn, not bad at all. You can use that money to fund your SS watch purchase and still have cash left over.

Let us know if the watch with the white band or black band ships quicker. Thanks
 
Ordered my husband's on 4/10 at 12:06 (email confirmation time). Got it on 4/24. It's a beautiful watch.

I hope you all get yours soon.

Thanks for the update! The status on my 4/27 order has not changed, but your note gives hope!
 
I ordered 38mm BSB yesterday, CC charged today and status is Preparing for shipment. The delivery date is June 1+ but given that my 38MM SG I ordered on the 10th hasn't even been charged or set to prepare for shippment i'm sure I will get the Stainless sooner.

I was on the fence about SG or Stainless I'll just keep whichever one arrives first at this point.

Yeah, after eBay/Paypal fees I should net around $200. I wasn't interested in just letting an auction play out, after seeing several White Band Sports sell for well under $600.

I'll try and remember to respond when my two watches ship. Hopefully the US gets a big batch of them soon, like England/Australia.
 
Ordered 2 of these: ML and BSB. Arrived 4/24 and 4/25. Awesome watches.

I still have a 38mm link bracelet listed as 4/29-5/12. But I am wavering as the BSB is pretty nice itself. I'm seriously considering the modern buckle instead if it comes back. $200 cheaper so we'll see...
