Are you printing it from Photoshop? That seems to fix the little sizing issues. I have another graphic you can try located in this thread, so you can see how the UI looks in actual size:

again, be sure to download the graphic, open in photoshop and print.

I didn't open it from photoshop, instead letting Adobe open the PDF in this thread. Thanks for the reply, I'll give that a try.

For those of you posting pics of the cutouts on your wrists, I think it would help if we knew what size your wrists are. I currently have an iPod Shuffle (w/screen) that I bought a band for to use as a watch. It measures larger than the 42mm Apple Watch so I would probably be fine with the 42mm. I have a 160mm (ish) wrist which is small for a guy but then I'm only 5'5". I think for those worried about their manliness in regards to a watch it's time to double check your priorities, are you really concerned what people think about you based on a watch? And why are you buying this watch if that is a concern for you?

If the cut out is accurate then the 42mm is the size for me. Its actually about the same size as the watch I have now. The 38mm just looks too small. I see lots of guys with big watches so I can't image the 42 being looked at funny. I actually have kind of skinny wrists I have no idea the mm anyone have a cut out for wrist size? LOL.

Just got back from my 2pm appointment. The print out is fairly accurate, however I FELT THE WATCHES WERE SMALLER IN PERSON. Not sure why, they just are.

I ended up pre-ordering a 42mm last night and now I think that was 100% the right decision.

My wrist diameter is 185mm FYI.
