Plumbstone macrumors regular Feb 6, 2007 229 0 Nov 26, 2008 #7 imo Quicktime pro is the best and easiest way to do this, although it isn't free. You just export the audio as whichever filetype you choose. It has the added bonus of being able to export the movie itself in different formats too...
