3D Design Applications

I tried searching this forum found no luck, maybe I'm searching the wrong terms. Does anyone know any programs you can design 3D objects on and so on? If so that be a great help.

Are you referring to 3D design like CAD/CAM, or more like modeling for animation?

Well, I'm new to this "3D" stuff, wanted to like learn but something like;

google has something for that, I think it's called google sketch or something like that.
