iPad 3D Face Model Creating APP for the iPad ?

Can someone suggest me a 3D Face Scanning APP for the iPad I have the 11" iPad Pro) which creates a FACE IMAGE (Not Animated) But Real in a 3D form which I can move with my finger on the screen to the left to the right and up and down. Like you see in Mission Impossible Movies. Like for e.g. If someone wants to create a Clay Mask of his face, how the Face Mask Image is created you see it in a lot of movies something like it.

I have found one but it only works on the iPhone

but the problem is it kind of has a hollow space in your skull in between which I do not want. Any other suggestions ?
