3d tempered glass for 6s plus with apple leather case. Problem?

Hi, recently I put on tempered glass 3d with full coverage of 6splus screen. Apple leather case seems like it has problem fitting around corners due to higher glass.

It seems like mostly at bottom case is biggest pressure.

So has anybody this combination?

Could it damage:
-case
-glass protector
-iPhone itself?

im using imos 3d full coverage tempered glass with apple saddle brown leather case on my iphone 6s plus, ang i dont experienced any problem;

I know that certain cases won't work with certain full glass protectors. The only issue you may have is that over time the screen protector may lift a little due to the pressure but nothing serious will happen. It would just be annoying too.
