Does the iPhone X support the 3D Touch App Switcher?

I know that 3D Touch was just restored in the latest iOS11 update (and it works on my iPhone 7), but I can't get it to work on the iPhone X.

Is it not supported on the iPhone X?

No, it's not supported on the iPhone X as having two gesture-based methods to access the app switcher is redundant. The only way to access the app switcher on the iPhone X is to swipe up from the home bar and pause at the middle of your screen until haptic feedback is felt. Then let go to access the app switcher.

It's easier to just swipe up and to the right. It comes up right away.

Thanks. That's what I thought, but wanted to make sure, and that there was not something wrong with my iPhone (or more specifically the glass screen protector I have on the iPhone).
