Weird that someone changed my thread title. Kind of makes it all pointless now...

Obviously this makes iOS 11 the worst iOS ever created. And proof of planned obsolescence because the icons show that Apple plans to ditch the iPhone X design for next year, making it obsolete.
Shows lack of attention to detail though...

Not updated in 11.2.
I'm not even sure this would be something that would get changed as part of an iOS update as it's likely something that would/could be defined in the app that's involved (as in the Apple Store app in this case).

...and this is what apple should spend time on, instead of monkeying around with bug fixes, issues, etc...

it's a generic iphone image, not about the X, but about iphones in general.
1. Yes I’m sure it would take the 20 year software engineer veteran to look out and fix these small details...

2. It literally says “Shop iPhone X” next to a picture of an iPhone 8 and Plus. How more specific could they of gotten?

Well I guess the Apple I knew and loved it gone then...

so you remember a time when apple did everything perfectly? there were no bugs, issues, and everyone was happy?

i dunno, all i see is a generic 'iphone' image, which, currently, is sitting next to an iphone X offer. even if it were an issue, am hoping it's at the bottom of a long list of urgent fixes for apple.

Yeah, that good old Apple that, for example, released something like iOS 4 that actually had pretty bad and much more obvious and widespread performance issues for some iPhone models, to the point that Steve Jobs had to come out at some point to address it and promise that it will be resolved in an upcoming software update.

OTA updates that were flakey is another iOS 4 feature that didn’t always work.

Is that the Apple that completely botched the release of mobile me? Or the one that announced push notifications in 2008 and then delayed it until 2009. Or the Apple that released iPhone 4 with a $29 add on bumper case they hoped would hire the fact that there was a spot on the outside of the phone you shouldn't touch or it'll make your signal drop. Or the Apple that released Apple maps that weren't ready...
