3D Touch issue

So I have had a few issues with 3D Touch. When I first received my phone I could 3D Touch on the phone icon and it would show my favorite contacts, now all it shows is create contact. Also 3D Touch doesn't work on maps, I know it did before. Does anyone what would cause this, and how to fix it?

What did it use to do in the maps app? 3D Touch doesn't work for me on the maps homescreen icon. I also only have the 'create new contact' and 'new message' options on the phone and message apps. Clean install, no iCloud backup...

Yes I did, but it previously worked for me.

That's exactly what used to show up for me

Very strange indeed. Especially so considering that I have a clean install with no backup. Perhaps 9.1 will fix it.

I'm on the latest public beta.
