3d touch weirdness

My phone has started turning the whole screen white when I 3d touch an icon. Everything but the icon for the app I pressed and the context menu is white. I rebooted but its still doing it. Anyone else seen this?
 
For anyone with the same problem, I was tinkering in the settings and had 'Reduce Transparency' engaged. Disengaging it fixed the problem.
