I trying to create a 3d wall like the one below:

I would like to do this without OpenGL mainly because I don't know it. How can I go about doing this? I need to be able to display an NSView in each of the panes in the wall.
Any ideas? I saw a concept similar to this at WWDC a couple years ago, but no source code was released as far as I know. The wall needs the ability to be moved around as well.

Core Animation can do 3D perspectives, not sure how far it can really go though in terms of doing something like this.

If you want to rotate the wall also, it might be somewhat difficult. With OpenGl or other renderer, it is not.

Core Animation's 3d perspectives looks quite promising.

I'd say start by learning OpenGL.
