    Seems like the jailbreak works on mobileterm, cydia, ssh. But once I restore my data on, these apps just crash. Is there a known problem with restored data and the jailbreak?

    Here is a problem that I have when I try to ssh to my phone.

    $ ssh root@192.168.1.101
    root@192.168.1.101's password:
    dyld: lazy symbol binding failed: Symbol not found: _login
    Referenced from: /usr/sbin/sshd
    Expected in: /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib

    dyld: Symbol not found: _login
    Referenced from: /usr/sbin/sshd
    Expected in: /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib

    Connection to 192.168.1.101 closed by remote host.

    ssh works prior to restoring my backups. I tested and it worked. Problem occurs after I restore the backup. Thanks.

    Yea only problem is that Cydia is crashing ... you run it .. it crashes ... I even tried reinstalling it through icy ... no dice.

    Try rejailbreaking it without icy, and only cydia. :) That will fix your problem.

    Indeed it did work. I just ran pwnagetool again, built a custom ipsw with activation off, and removed the icy packages. Worked like a charm.

    Thanks
