Brand new iPhone as an upgrade on my O2 contract which I've had for nearly 6 years. Apart from the disgusting dead pixel it seemed to work fine. That is, until I discovered that the 3G doesn't work.
I've never seen the 3G sign in the top left corner, even when I was standing outside with full signal. I occasionally get the E, but as soon as I try to use it, I get an error and it stops. Lots of the time I get "No Service".
The GPRS works fine though. Sometimes...
