3G Network Down this AM

The 3G Network was down this AM but it did not auto switch to the older 2G Network. You had to DISABLE 3G to use your phone. This was confirmed by AT&T.

So, if you have no service you may want to try disabling 3G.

Not sure here but I am in Houston,Texas and have been on EDGE all day. I always have 3G coverage well assuming it is up and going 😛

Can't really say. Several of us had no signal so we called AT&T and they said they had a network problem and to switch off 3G.

We are in Torrance, California.

I'm in a Chicagoland city and didn't notice anything but I wasn't on my iPhone much this morning so I am not sure if it was down here.

Problems all morning and this afternoon here in Los Angeles. Turned off 3G and it helped.
