I'm sorry, I clicked on the wrong link and confused myself. The one in your post #23 here is the newer EVO model and is actually a bit faster, but in your machine it won't matter since you are limited by the SATA II interface. Either one would be fine.

Whould it matter if I wanted to put it in a different machine in the future?

The EVO is slightly faster, so if the price is close I suppose the EVO would be the better deal if you want to use it in a SATA III machine later.

$10 difference so Ill probably just go with the EVO. Thanks again for all the help.
