3G unrestrictor- recommend?

Can anyone recommend a reliable (and preferrably free) 3G unrestrictor that will enable both 3G calls over Skype and high-def youtube videos over 3G?

I used one some time ago (can't remember the name) but it was very bothersome in that it was supposed to remember the setting for each app (enable/never ask) and yet it kept asking upon each app relaunch. Plus it had no GUI settings for this either.

I would suggest "3G Unrestrictor," which works perfectly, has GUI settings, and is available in the Cydia Store for just $1.99.

I found 3G unrestrictor much better than My3G, but its not free

It's worth much more than $1.99, I'd pay $10 for this functionality.

Definitely a must have, especially back in the days when Slingplayer was wifi only! Still worth it for you tube and other things.
