3G with firmware 3.0 getting accessibility White-on-Black feature?

Hi,
The new accessibility feature for the 3GS offers a new White-on-Black feature that looks super slick.
Anyone know if this is coming to the 3G with firmware3.0??

It's a 3G S feature. Not a 3.0 feature. So it will not work on the iPhone 3G.

In fact, I don't see any of those accessibility features in 3.0 on my iPhone 3G.
