Has anyone tried going above Apple's stated 2GB RAM limit in the original Core Duo MacBook Pro or iMac? Is it possible, is the RAM recognized?

ya it won't work, although once 4GB sticks become available you will be able to put 8GB's of ram in the SR MBP
