3GS 5.0.1 Jailbroken, can I unlock

I have a Jailbroken iPhone 3GS (oldboot room) that is running IOS 5.0.1, ATT Carrier 11.0 and with modem firmware 5.15.05. My question is can I unlock this phone still as well?

Basically without reading Alot into this i think your only option would be to install iPad BB 6.15.00. You have been warned that you may lose GPS. I have done it on Many, many 3Gs and the results are mixed to say the least.
