3GS activation questions...

I'm going to use a different mac on my new 3GS. All of my old iPhone stuff is on a different mac, if I go ahead and sync my old iPhone on the same Mac I'm going to be using with my 3GS, will all of my apps and stuff transfer to my other Mac?
