I just setup Apple Remote to my mini and its way out of sync.
Turn the volume up/down and its a good 2-3 seconds before it happens. Play next song and it still shows the previous song(s). Bring up the time remaining and change the place in the song produces a pause and then it updates correctly.
iTunes 8.2, new Nvidia Mini, all the software updates. I 'bought' Remote right off the store, its not restored from my previous 3G.
