Hi guys, wondering if you could help me out!
I'm trying to update someone's 3GS at the moment and it hasn't been updates for some time - the update I need to do first is 4.2, but haven't a bit of trouble!
I plug it in, and iTunes tells me to click ok to update to 4.2 but it gets about 15% into the back up process and just won't go any further. I've left it for hours on end and it just won't budge from there!
Any ideas?
