So i'm using an unlocked and jailbroken 3gs and always get this message. I have no data plan and I'm using an AT&T sim card. I have 3g disabled and fakeAPN on, how can I fix this problem? I don't want to get any data charges

um, it sounds like it is doing exactly what you want. i used my phone for a year without any data plan (using the apn profile, turning off 3g and telling my provider to block the net) and that is the message i always got if an app ran that wanted to access the net but couldn't.
Is there any way to get rid of it though? It always comes up when I'm trying to write a text or something

your gonna get a data plan added by AT&T anyways so you might as well just sign for the 200mb plan.
