3GS - Drop Calls and random "Cannot connect to cellular data service"

Hello there. Anyone else have the issues of calls dropping as they are placed and/or "Cannot Connect to the Cellular Data service" when you try open email or Safari? Any ideas?

u have bad service. download mark the spot from the app store, its by at&t, it lets you report low coverage and dropped calls. also in the mean time before they put up another tower, try going to settings > general > network then turn off 3g, this will make it so you have less dropped calls.
