3GS gets no love from Apple

I update to 4.3.1 because of personal hotspot. I have bluetooth and USB just like pre 4.3.1 but no WIFI!!! I paid for my tethering too! I hate you Apple.😡

IMO Stop paying the carrier for the tethering and pay once in Cydia. Ends up costing your less money.

Because i am got charge from tethering and i was using only 200mb. I am from HK though.
