3GS iOS 5.0, no sim for it

Hi Forum,

Quick question: I have an 3gs with no sim in it, so i can't activate is to use it as an iPod. Will jailbreaking help, or will this brick the phone?

You should be able to use Redsn0w to "hactivate" the iPhone. This will get you past the activation process and to the Springboard, where you will be able to use the phone much like an iPod.
