3GS, iOS4.0.1, unlock possible?

I ask for a friend, she got 3GS and upgraded to the latest iOS which is 4.0.1. Is there currently a way to unlock it? Thanks.

Depends what bootloader version she has. Google how to find out. She needs to have 359.3
