3Gs old bootrom baseband downgrade possible?

i know its impossible, but there is no way [via editing scripts or anything] to downgrade a 3Gs baseband from 5.16.02 to possibly something like 5.13.04 with a old bootrom.

and can i use the SHSHS from another 3Gs to help my downgrade

Nope. No way as of yet to downgrade the baseband. Your only option is to upgrade to the iPad baseband if you need the unlock.

You can always downgrade the firmware as long as you have the SHSH saved for that particular firmware.

The SHSH is unique to each phone. So you can't use another iPhone's SHSH to downgrade another iPhone without SHSH saved.
