3GS Sleep/Wake Sunk In - Apple Support?

Had my 3GS for two years. Contract ended last month and my sleep/wake button isn't responding anymore due to it being sunk in. If I take it to Apple will they give me a refurb? I plan on selling it because I plan on buying a iPhone 4 off of eBay.

Sounds like your warranty is expired, & if you had apple care it's expired too if you're past 2 years. An out of warranty replacement is $200.
