3gs stops showing usage

After a few hours my 3gs doesn't show any usage and says to fully charge the phone. It's happened the last three days. Is there any cause for this?

Have you done a hard reset at all?

I haven't done a hard reset but a cydia update restarted the springboard.

No I've just never looked at usage so I didn't realize that it reset the usage. Thanks for the help.

When does the usage return?

there we go, thats your problem, every time you mess with the springboard your usage information is gone for that session.

When does the battery usage information return? Does a hard reset, full recharge or a respring of the springboard work?

It will return after a full recharge.
