3gs stuck in recovery error 28

Been reading on it. Tried disconnecting from the batter, changed the usb hub and battery, still error during restore.

Tried all 3gs firmware versions. Stumped here. Little help please. 😕
 
i know there are all sorts of threads about this, but none are helping my problem. really need you on this one comrades.
