3gs Taking a lot longer than normal to sync.. Anyone else notice anything??

As most of you know the iphone is not known to sync fast by any means.. But this is just ridiculous!!... At this point i'm looking at about 40-45 min a sync... I have been using the reset warnings tip i found on these forums which eliminates data being sent to apple during sync... Even with the almost instant backup it still takes a ridiculous amount of time.. Any solution or feedback would be much appreciated!

Some apps you use may create a lot of files. Try remember apps you installed or actively used recently, and remove them.
