Ugh, I placed my order online at o2.co.uk for the 16gb black. They didn't bother emailing to say that the order had been confirmed, so I had to contact them for an update. Today they told me that the iPhone had gone out of stock as the time I ordered, even though it showed on their website as in stock and available for next day delivery.
I asked if I would recieve it this MONTH and they said no, more likley next monday or Tuesday... again they failed to email me any of this
very disappointed as a new o2 customer.
