Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8J2 Safari/6533.18.5)

Use Ifixit to find out how to get inside then use rubbing alcohol or a pure alcohol from a pharmacy to clean the logic board and all connectors. Then put in a warm place for a day or so.

The idea is to move the water out of the nooks and crannies by replacing it with alcohol which evaporates at a much lower temperature and dosnt contain the impurities that water does.
