Agree, this is quite a boost in overall performance, especially with 3rd party apps. Some that I haven't given up on because they wouldn't load at all, are now loading.

I don't remember this in 2.01 and earlier:

The Photo Album face, when viewed in the face selector screen, now has a stack of photos layered "behind" the top photo. It helps distinguish it from the single-pic Photo face.

I can't say this didn't exist before, though. Maybe I'm doing the usual "look closely for anything I forgot about and assume that it's part of the update" thing. ;)

Definitely noticed this. Even apps that I had completely given up on (Uber comes to mind - literally could wait for 10 minutes and it would just not load in the past) now load pretty quickly with the new update.

My 3rd party apps still will not load. Last time many of them loaded was when the watch was released. Subsequent updates have done nothing for me. Starting to get extremely disappointed.
