Yes this is fine.

The key word you want to look out for when purchasing a USB-C charger for Apple products is Power Delivery. Combine that with a relatively reputable brand (Anker / Aukey / RavPower and of course Apple, along with some lesser known ones like Hyper / Ventev) and you should be good to go.
