3rd party keyboards dont work on lockscreen

Fleksy isn't working on notifications (quick reply) from the lockscreen.

is this a bug?

How about if you set it as default keyboard in Setting first? I'm curious to know too and I haven't updated my phone yet.

It's probably like that on purpose to avoid hacker trying to use a 3rd party keyboard to get into your phone. Also when you are in an app and you have to log into an account the Password Field upon pressing results in the default keyboard popping up. It all makes sense to me.

Same here its a huge fail for Apple, if they are so worried they should have a on off switch to allow keyboard on the lock screen

Using Swype and it doesn't work from the lock screen or in quick reply. It will also change baco to the default Apple keyboard for all apps after using quick reply.

Swipe left on a message notification on the lock screen.
