Apple's default Stand reminder is every 50 minutes. I'd like a stand reminder to go off every 20 minutes.
Grateful for suggestions for apps that will allow me to setup repeating reminders.
Thank you.

@HDFan Thank you, but I am looking for non-Apple apps that may have this functionality, not my choices of Apple's options.

What Watch apps have an ability to set a recurring reminder?

You can set chimes for 15, 30 or 60 minutes.

How to get hourly chimes on Apple Watch

  1. Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch
  2. Swipe down and tap Accessibility
  3. Swipe down again and choose Chimes
  4. Tap the toggle at the top
  5. Under Schedule, choose Hourly, 30 minutes, or 15 minutes
  6. Under Sounds, you can pick between Bells or Birds (make sure your watch is set to ring if you want to hear samples of each one)
You can also enable chimes from iPhone with the Apple Watch app > Accessibility > Chimes.

There are some chime apps in the app store. Possibly one might need your needs.

Look at pomodoro apps, they are good for setting up timers at the kind of intervals you want.
