4.0 question about photo library

In OS 4.0 are you able to move pictures to different folders and/or create new folders on the phone itself? Or is it still the same where your only able to through syncing folders via the computer? This was a feature I've been hopeing for..

Right now I cant seem to get it working, but I do see at the bottom "Events" and "Faces." I am going to assume that you can edit photos into folders or events. If I can get it working I will post a photo.

when i click on faces, events or places my photos crash. yes im a mac using iphoto 09

Another question in addition to this: Are you able to create photo folders on the phone? Or do you still have to do it on your computer and sync it?

I can't even get places or events to work. I thought you could take a pic with the phone for places to work

My faces and events both work. But my places is being extremely tempermental. Like if I take a picture right now it will show
The tab. But when I click on it. The app crashes
