UILCDBackground.png has now become BarLCD.png or retina(BarLCD@2x.png) and goes in the com.apple.TelephonyUI folder.

You can also get Lockscreen Clock Hide from Cydia which hides the BarLCD.png image as well as the time and date from lockscreen. Has configuration thru Settings app.

@1976Hoosiers, thanks, added info/link to first post.

Awesome Thanks so much ! I have been going crazy trying to figure that out!

I'm currently having trouble getting the background image to appear on the lockscreen. I couldn't find the html file, but I found the css file, I assume (and hope) it works the same.

I replaced the script posted in the OP but it still appears black to me. I'm at a complete loss as to why this is so.

I'm running on 4.2.1 so I assume things should be okay. But then again I'm kinda noob.

As of 4.2.1 you are not able to change wallpapers from the Settings app. Basically Apple has changed the Wallpaper format to a .cpbitmap format.
You will have to manually add the wallpaper to your LockScreen Theme.

Why would Apple have done this?? :( I've loved the ability to be able to change home screen and lock screen wallpapers from Settings.app. Makes me not want to upgrade past my current 4.1..

The homescreen wall works through Settings still, its just the Lockscreen wall that won't work through settings but thats only if you're using Lockscreen html theme.
