Figure it might be helpful to have a list of working, partially working, and non working cydia apps on 4.3.1. I'll update this post as replies come in.

Nice job. This is how the first topic on this should have been structured. Let's keep this one alive people. And give me back my MultiIconMover!!

Edit Damn. Apparently PkgBackup just didn't reinstall MultiIconMover! I just installed and it works fine.

Not working:

CNN crashing when playing a movie
App backup
Action menu +
Facebook starts but quits immediately
Epiano (piano practice for kids)
 
appbackup, actionmenu+, i believe those are cydia apps.. but cnn, facebook, epiano, are those appstore apps?

SpringFlash is working.

I can also confirm TetherMe is working.

I am having trouble with some Winterboard themes, namely the lockscreen slider.
 
5 Row Keyboard by Hiraku is now working. It has been updated to support 4.3.1

The new version is 1.4.1-1

Also add Celeste to your list. It does not work with 4.3.1

Make It Mine has not worked since the upgrade to 4.2. If you were on 4.1 and jumped to 4.3.1, that is why you are first seeing this.

I'm not sure if it's a glitch with Springflash or Activator but I'm having a little problem with it. Currently, I have Springflash activated by pressing & holding down the sleep button. After upgrading to 4.3.1, it can be easily activated without a short hold of the button. It's driving me crazy and I'm afraid it will be activated when it's in my pocket.

No need to be scared ;)

It was glitchy for me sometimes on 4.0.1 (with the same gesture), activating when I didn't want it to. It was more annoying always checking to see if it went on anytime I grazed the sleep button :p.

This is because the slider PNGs have been renamed....again.

New files names are -

WellLock.png
WellLock@2x.png
BarBottomLock.png
BarBottomLock@2x.png

I'm still trying to figure out what parts they actually are. For the moment, I've made all mine invisible (so only the slider is visible).
