Generally you can install the tethered one and then when the next RC is released, run that one over your old jailbreak to untether it - FYI.

I would expect the untether before NEXT sunday.

Question: How can I update to 4.3.3 without losing my current jailbreak data?

I'm currently on 4.3.1 and I love the setup I have right now. Basically, how can I back-up all of my jailbreak data?

Whenever you update, restore or erase/reset settings on the phone, you lose the JB. If you would bother to search, there's a lot of posts on backing up JB data.

I figured it wouldn't be too much to ask, but I guess it is.

If an educated adult asked you who won the president was during WW2, wouldn't you be inclined to direct them to a place where they could easily research it? I don't believe in spoonfeeding when they can easily find the answer themselves.

Honestly, I would've just answered the question. Of course, I also understand how annoying it is to continually have the same questions asked over and over on MR.
