Went to the Genius bar today and they gave me a new phone with 4.3.3. Is there a jb?

No. iFaith is for extracting blobs from the device of the firmware it's running irrespective of apple signing it or not.. Tu doesn't do that.

No. iFaith backs up the SHSH blobs for the currently installed firmware using the SHSH blobs currently on the iPhone. TinyUmbrella saves them directly from iTunes/Cydia for only the firmware version that Apple is signing.
