Definitely worth the wait! Have had my Space Gray Apple Watch Sport 42mm since Monday and am very impressed. I used mine before I installed the software update, and what a noticeable difference after installing it, in terms of speed and apps actually opening before the display timed out. Battery life is a non-issue, usually put it on my Griffin WatchStand around 11:30pm after using it all day and haven't dipped below 30 percent.
