wow, you could sell the RAM and the AP card alone for more than $200. Congrats.

and honestly, looking at your pictures... it doesn't look that bad at all. That one corner is beat to hell and the other scratches look kinda nasty, but overall there seems to be rather little structural damage to the powerbook. Quite a find.

You might consider taking it into your local apple store and see if the store genius has any suggestions.

They might have a totally fried PB and could possibly make one good one out of the best parts for not too much.

At least it's an option
