All,

Looking for some different opinions. Adding a second iPhone to my daily carry, have a 4 with no issues, but thinking go the $50 3gs route or get another 4.

I can go either way, and figure some crowd thoughts couldn't ever hurt!

Well... If I wanted a backup to my 226, I would get something a little smaller. Something that would fit in an ankle holster.

I guess I'd go with a Razr.

What do you mean add to your carry?

My supply of daily carry requirements. Phone, wallet, keys, ect. Adding a second daily carry iphone, just not sure where I want to go a second 4 or a 3gs.

You want to carry two iphones? Why? Why not make the second an ipod or ipod touch?

The phone is the key part, but the e-mail is a bonus. I have tried android, ect, but only really like the apple stuff.

I'm going through the same choice myself. I think the 3 gs is more durable if it falls....my iPhone 4 feels so easily breakable. On one hand you can get the 3 gs & really not worry about it too much; if you get another iPhone 4, you'll have 2 that will bring in some pretty good money when you sell them for the next generation iPhone. I'm still undecided myself.

I'd Say iPhone 4 because Apple tends to discontinue iPhones and 3GS is next to be discontinued...so get the iPhone 4 it will last you in the long run

the iPhone 3Gs is hard to pass up for only $50, especially since its a secondary phone ... I assume you won't be needed the features present in the iPhone 4.

After using the iPhone 4 for a while though, you'll be cursing the 3GS screen each time you look at it

I'd go for the 3GS for when I feel nostalgic (geez tech moves fast). Plus you save money.

I love the variations everyone has. It's comforting to know that I'm not the only one that can go back and forth on this one!

Thinking I might do the 3gs. It's really a 6 month choice, get the 5 for my main line this summer and move my iPhone 4 to the second line, sell the 3gs then.
