Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way to have 4 Partitions including the BootCamp's:
-Mac OS X
-Windows 7
-Data for Windows
-Application for Windows

I have tried doing it but after getting all those 4 Partitions, it won't let me boot Windows.

I installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Thanks,

You might be able to get away with that if you don't need access to your OS X partition while in Windows.

The problem is the 4 partition limit of the Hybrid MBR. One partition is already taken up by the EFI boot partition so, in general you can't have more than three partitions visible to Windows.

My thought is to extend the protective MBR through the OS X partition so that you have three slots left for your Windows partitions.

Which Mac BTW? It may make a difference.

Hi,

Thank you for your answer!

Alright so I have a MacBook Pro Early-2008 I think(Aluminum), Intel Core 2 Duo with 2.6Ghz and 6GB of Memory Ram(Just upgraded! =D).

I would also like to know more about extending the protective MBR through the Mac OS and what is MBR exactly?

Thanks,
