It was the 38mm that was shipping the quickest. The 42mm were hit or miss. Developers seemed to have the best luck.
I've had an order in since the 25th in the US, and no movement yet. Last I heard from Apple was the Monday email updating me from 1-2 weeks. There's another cat around here that ordered one as well, either on the 24th or 25th, and his has moved to shipping over the last day or two, IIRC.
